RIP shipmate. Scott & Cindy Penland
It was an honor and my great privilege to serve with Cyndi. Greater still to call her friend.
It was an honor to have known, worked with, broken bread and called Cyndi a friend.
May you find peace soon.
I had the honor of being stationed with Cyndi in Rota Spain. She taught me how to make chicken livers one night after being out in town. Barry and I still make them every now and then with fond memories of her. Barry worked closer with her, but I will never forget her. Saying a prayer for Paul and the family and sending hugs!
So sorry for your loss. We are here for you and your family now and always. We love you.
Condolences to the family on the loss of Cindy. Honor and Privilege to have served with both of you.
Prayers to all the family. May God shine down on you.

Sending prayers to Paul and family. So sorry to hear about Cyndi she is the glue that kept her Post together for many years. I have known her and Paul for many years and know how hard this is going to be on Paul. RIP young lady.
I feel extreme sadness at the loss of Cyndi. She was a consummate Navy professional, Sailor, Chief, leader, friend, devoted wife and caring Mom. You are so missed by everyone you touched during your life. Fair winds and following seas. Rest your oars, Cyndi, we have the watch.
Thank you for your service shipmate. Fair winds and following seas.
Their lives are lived
In days gone by,
With thoughts that forever last.
Of bell bottom blues,
Winged white hats,
And good times in their past.

I can remember the first day we meet. Section 3. You told me that I had the potential of being great. You trained me hard but fair. It was a pleasure serving with you. You helped me get my first ship. I remember when I was transfered to Guam. You asked what are you going to do. Well you made it work. Love and miss you. Your shop mate Sam Trevino.
