Steven Wade Fyfe

Steve Wade Fyfe, 65, of Danville, died Wednesday, October 18, 2023. He was born August 17, 1958, to the late Leo and Phyllis Fuller Fyfe. Steven was an avid fan of all sports and loved watching football and basketball, particularly the Dallas Cowboys and the UK Wildcats. He was an employee of Meggit. He had an easy-going and laid-back personality and enjoyed country and rock & roll music. Steven’s family will remember him as being a hard worker, a good grandfather and a loving papaw and husband. Surviving Steven are his wife, Janet Fyfe; stepmother, Maxine Fyfe; children, Jason W. (Jessica) Fyfe, Shelby Fyfe (Zachary) Casey; brothers, Mark (Sharon) Fyfe and Fred Fyfe; special cousins, Jerry and Shirley Bowen; and seven grandchildren, Olivia Land, Ethan Casey, Leevi Casey, Hailee Casey, Macy Fyfe, Maddy Fyfe and McKinley Fyfe. A visitation will be held at 4 p.m. – 7 p.m., Tuesday, October 24 at Stith Funeral Home in Junction City. The service will be at 7 p.m. following the visitation with Bryan Watts officiating.
