Steven Allen

Steven Wayne Allen, 65, of Danville, KY, died Thursday, August 18, 2022, at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center. He was born July 23, 1957 to the late Delbert and Christeen Allen. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Linda (Rick) Baetzell, Diana S. Allen, and a very special friend close to his heart, Doris Creekmore / Allen. Steven served in the Gulf and Afghanistan Wars as a machine tech, and was a P.V.I. He is survived by his wife, Joann Allen; his children, Jennifer Allen and Dallas (Samantha) Allen; three very special stepchildren Daniel (Michelle) Leonard, Jennifer (Onesimo) Campos; and Becky Creekmore; his sisters, Debra Harrison and Carla Hudson; his brother, Michael Allen; his grandchildren, Shampaine (Cannon) Sultzbach, Talena Brown, Christopher Dismuke, Kayleigh Dismuke, Lesley Allen, Dallas Wayne Allen Jr., Ainsley Allen, Clayton Leonard, Douglas (Jaylan) Leonard, Tequila Leonard, Isabella Campos, and Jordan Campos; 5 great-grandchildren; and a host of family and friends. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Stith Funeral Home in Danville, KY on Wednesday, August 24. Funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m. at Stith Funeral Home, with burial to follow at Camp Nelson National Cemetery. Pastor Garvin Floyd will officiate.
