Frances Galloway

Frances Marie Galloway, 66 of Harrodsburg, Kentucky, passed away on June 28, 2024. She was born on October 25, 1957, in Danville, KY to the late Frank and Ethel Rooney. Frances was a dedicated employee at Trim Masters, working as a sewer. She was predeceased by her parents and her husband Joseph Galloway.
She adored her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, finding joy in their company. Frances was passionate about travel, hunting for treasures at yard sales, or enjoying a relaxing cruise. Known for her kindness and willingness to help others, she leaves a legacy of generosity and love.
Frances will be dearly missed by her daughter Denise (Larry) Burguess, son Justin Parker, her grandchildren Danielle (Michael) Gale, Jonathan Burguess, and Dustin Parker, her great-grandchildren Lauren Gale, Kelsey Gale, and Asher Gale, her brothers Frank Rooney III, Jaman Rooney, and John Walters, her cousin Carolyn Edwards, and her best friend Janet Thompson.
Funeral services to honor Frances’ life will be held at 1 p.m., Friday at Stith Funeral Home, Junction City with Rev. Jonathan Grizzell officiating. Visitation will be 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. prior to the service also at Stith Funeral Home, Junction City. The pallbearers will be Brian Walls, Jeff Walls, Jaman Rooney, John Walters, Frank Rooney, III, and Jonathan Burguess. The burial will follow in Bellevue Cemetery.
