Deborah Jean Warner Cooley, 71, passed away on April 28, 2026. Deborah was born on January 18, 1955, in Springfield, Kentucky to the late Roland and Violet Faye Russell Warner. She was a cherished resident of Danville, where she lived at the time of her passing. In addition to her parents, Deborah is predeceased by her late husband, William Ronnie Cooley, whom she was happily married to for 37 years. They were wed on May 17, 1975.
Deborah invested her time as a homemaker and enjoyed a successful part-time career as a Realtor with Coldwell Banker VIP Realty, where she was known for her commitment to her clients and her vibrant spirit. She was a devoted Christian and an active member of Gethsemane Baptist Church, Danville, KY.
Deborah is survived by two children, Jeff Cooley of Crab Orchard, KY and Laura Cooley of Nashville, TN; brother Tony Warner of Burgin, KY, and sister Patricia Settles of Harrodsburg, KY. She will be remembered fondly by all who knew her for her kindness and unwavering support.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 4th, 2026, at 1 pm at Stith Funeral Home in Junction City. Brother Tim Mathis will officiate. Burial will be at Danville Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 11 am to 1 pm on Monday, May 4th, 2026, at Stith Funeral Home in Junction City.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Gethsemane Baptist Church or Gideon’s Bibles.

  6. I was so sorry to hear this news. I worked with Debbie and Ron and was part of the group of co-workers who fixed them up. They were two of the genuinely nicest people I have ever known. My deepest condolences to Laura and Jeff.

  7. I have fond memories of Debbie from Mackville. We have the same first name just spelt different. She was a soft spoken and a very sweet person. My thoughts and prayers for her family. I know she is Heaven with Ronnie and her parents.
