Pat, words cannot convey how sorry I am for the passing of Carroll. The WTTA Board was so pleased when Carroll said yes to being a member of it. I loved his sense of humor. I am so glad you\’re a resident of our little community. We are here to help you in any way. Prayers.
Will be missed by many
Carroll Boatwright helped make Holland Farm day program for adults with special needs a reality! Carroll and several other veterans assisted me in so many ways. I will always remember Carroll and his kindness toward my son Cabe and all our friends at the program. Much love, Helen Overstreet

Sorry, Carroll was a good guy.
So sorry for the loss to all who cared for Carroll. Worked with him the last several years of my employment with Philips. Both liked and respected him and held him in higher regard than most I worked under.
So very sorry for your loss.
Condolences to the family.

I worked with Carroll at Philips and we had some great conversations. He had the best laugh! Wishing you comfort and peace at this sad time.
Pat, I was sorry to read about Carroll. He was a great engineer, manager, and person and a great help to me from day one. I wish you and your family peace in the days ahead. Gerry
Good Man, enjoyed knowing him
Pat, I\’m so sorry to hear about Boatie\’s passing. Sending you warm hugs. Lin
Carroll was the Engineering Manager at Phillips and was in charge of any capital funding requests. I was a Maintenance Manager and I needed a new riding mower to mow the grass at the plant. Carrolls boss would not allow funding of a lawn mower. So Carroll submitted a capital request for a “Machine to remove Chlorophyll saturated botanical growths”. The request zipped through the approval process without a question. I always found him to be an ally and a friend. Honest and upright in all things and a role model for all around him.
Love and prayers to family
