Vonda Vonlinger

Vonda Lee Vonlinger, 57, died on September 21, 2022. She was born on October 6, 1964, to the late James Thomas and Helen Marie Wilburn. Vonda loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed watching home makeover shows and working outside tending to her flowers. Vonda loved her two little dogs. In addition to her parents, Vonda is predeceased by a brother, Jerry Wilburn. Vonda is survived by her daughter, Megan Vonlinger, grandchildren, Jaxxon Brown and Jerzee Alcorn, brothers: James “PeeWee” (Margaret) Wilburn, Billy Wilburn, Bobby Wilburn, and Marty (Charlotte) Wilburn, step-mother, Edith Wilburn, step-sister, Deidre (Caleb) Johnson, and her companion, Bobby Stringer. A Visitation service will be held on Monday, September 26, from 5pm - 7pm, at Stith Funeral Home in Junction City. Funeral service will be held at 1 pm on Tuesday, September 27, 2022, at Stith Funeral Home in Junction City. Rev. JR Fields will officiate. Pallbearers will be Nicholas Wilburn, Josh Wilburn, Zack Wilburn, Devin Wilburn, Luke Wilburn, and Sammy Boyd. Honorary pallbearers will be Regina Kuchenbrod, Cindy Wray, Leah Privett, and Teresa Tharp. Burial will be in Junction City Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5-7 pm on Monday, September 26, 2022, at Stith Funeral Home in Junction City. Memorial donations may be made to Heritage Hospice.
