Victoria Perkins

Victoria Doram Perkins, 94, died on July 17, 2024.  She was born in Lexington, Kentucky, on September 2, 1929, to the late Alphonso and Anne Doram Sr.  In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her son Hassell B. Perkins, Jr., sisters, Joanne Smith, Geraldine Carson, Donna Wilhite, and Leona Jackson, and brothers, Alphonso Doram Jr. and James Doram.

Victoria is survived by her children, Monroe Napier Jr. (Marie), Lisihia A. Lear, Juan O. Perkins, and Darcy R. Perkins (Kathy), and, eight grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be 1pm, Wednesday, July 24, 2024, at Stith Funeral Home in Danville.  Rev. Phillip Coffman will officiate.  Pallbearers will be Shawn Napier, James Lear, Cecil Lear, Jared Perkins, Austin Napier, and O.J. Spoonamore.  Burial will be in Lancaster Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 11 to 1 prior to the service.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to either the Danville-Boyle County Humane Society or the Alzheimer’s Association.   An online guestbook is available at www.stithcares.com.
