Susan Marie Hatter, 48, of Louisville, formerly of Danville, died July 1, 2019 in Louisville. Born on August 25, 1970 in Danville, she is the daughter of Ruth Evelyn Darland Hatter of Danville and the late William Garnet Wilham. She was employed in the housekeeping section of a Cleaning Service. Susan attended Gethsemane Baptist Church during her childhood and Danville High School. She loved to shop and play with her grandchildren. She liked being with all people and making new friends. In addition to her mother, Ruth E. Hatter of Danville she is survived by her daughter, Shantell Napier of Danville; a sister, Sandy Milburn of Danville and two brothers, David (Julie) Milburn of Eubank and Daren R. (Christine Angeloff) Hatter of Ravenna, Ohio; two grandchildren, DaVerion Hatter and Alayjah Taylor; an aunt, Margaret Ward and an uncle, Dale Thomas (Rhonda) Darland both of Mercer Co., two nephews, Joshua Milburn of Science Hill and Jonathan (Breanna) Milburn of Highland, Ky., several cousins and a host of friends. A graveside service will be at 11 a.m., Monday at Springhill Cemetery, Harrodsburg. Jonathan Milburn will officiate. Pallbearers will be Joshua Milburn, Jonathan Milburn, Kevin Darland, Gerald Wethington, Dominique Taylor, Shakain Al Mujahid, Gary Prewitt and Darius Baughman. Following the service there will be a reception in the Fellowship Hall at Gethsemane Baptist Church, 123 Quisenberry Ave., Danville.. Stith Funeral Home, Danville is in charge of services and the online guestbook is available at www.stithcares.com.
