Randy Eugene Wilcher, 72, died September 17, 2021 in Danville, Kentucky. Born November 1, 1948, in Centerville, Ohio, he was the son of the late Woodrow and Delores Zechar Wilcher. He served in the United States Army and worked as a custodian at Walter Shade Elementary in West Carrollton, Ohio. Randy liked to hunt and fish, bargain shop at thrift stores, and attend car shows. He enjoyed motorcycles, loved his dogs and was a family man who liked spending his time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Randy is predeceased by two brothers, Fred Wilcher and Everett Wilcher and a brother-in-law, Jerry Luehrs. He is survived by his daughter, Tammy Sims; his son, Randy (Felecia) Wilcher; two sisters, Betty Wilcher and Linda Luehrs; a brother, Gary (Tina) Wilcher; four grandchildren, Brittany (Casey) Keltner, Brooklyn Sims, Sydney (Hank) Denney, and Tara (Dallas) Worley; eight great-grandchilden, Eli Hale, Aiden Keltner, Carter Keltner, Phoenix Keltner, Ivory Denney, Journee Denney, Edan Worley and Elanore Worley. Visitation will be from 11 am to 1 pm, Wednesday, September 22, 2021 prior to the funeral service at 1p.m. at Stith Funeral Home in Danville. Rev. Dwayne Lobb will officiate. Burial will be in Camp Nelson National Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Hank Denney, Dallas Worley, Gary Wilcher, Casey Keltner, Johnny Denney, John Miller and Casey Smith.
