Randell Gradie Noel, 71, died Saturday, October 6, 2018. He was born November 23, 1946 to the late Clyde and Ruby Rakes Noel. Randell was a brick layer for Noel’s Masonry, which he co-owned along with his brother, Guy Noel. Randell loved his work. He was a good, kind man and a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his first wife, Jewel Lavern Noel and a brother, Bobby Noel. He is survived by his wife, Loretta Sue Noel of Danville; a son, Randy C. (Rebecca McGrane) Noel of Danville; two daughters, Jolean (Brian) Powers of Gravelswitch, Shelia (Alan) Cain of Liberty; three brothers, Joe (Carolyn) Noel and Guy (Pam) Noel both of Danville, Owen (Helen) Noel of Crab Orchard; a sister, Mary (Arnold) McGuire of Crab Orchard; thirteen grandchildren, Zachary (Allie) Powers, Randell D. Noel, Cameron McGrane, Claire Chiqueti, April (Michael Osborne) Goode, Nora (Michael) Rogers, Tyler (Stephanie Hubble) Cain, Hannah Evans, Ella Mullins, Hunter Everett, Haley Everett, Taylor McGrane, Hinley Everett and five great-grandchildren. The funeral service will be at 11 a.m., Thursday, October 11, 2018 at Stith Funeral Home in Junction City. Brother Phillip Miller will officiate. Pallbearers will be Steve Campbell, Brian Campbell, Bojo Brown, Zach Powers, Ricky Noel, Tony Gordon, Tyler Cain and Darwin McGuire. Honorary pallbearers will be Randell D. Noel, Donnie Underwood, Scott Everett, Junior Campbell, JoEllen Brown, Joe Noel, Guy Noel, Owen Noel, Mary McGuire and Ray Hunt. Burial will be in Junction City Cemetery. Visitation will be after 5 p.m., Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at Stith Funeral Home in Junction City.
