Peggy Pearce

Peggy Jo Pearce, 67, of Parksville, died October 11, 2022, at her residence. She was born July 17, 1955 to the late Jack and Lillian Hall. Peggy was the first member of Unity Baptist Church; she loved attending church and her church family. She was a Walmart employee of 27 years. She enjoyed sitting on the porch swing watching hummingbirds while drinking her coffee and eating toast. Peggy Jo loved cooking for and caring for her family. She made each and every holiday special. She loved coming home from work and playing on the floor with Briley and Kyson, and singing to them as she did all of her grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her husband, Roger Pearce Sr.; and her brothers, Steven Todd, Matt Hall and Marty Hall. She is survived by a son, Chip (Kim) Pearce; two daughters, Darcy Pearce and Amy Jo (Bubba) Gipson; her brothers, Richard Todd, Jack (Lori) Hall, and Tom Hall; her sisters, Barbara (Joseph) Falba, Linda (Greg) Wright, Cindy (Gary) DeBlasio, Shelley (Doug) Brandt; Corinne Hall; her grandchildren, Tayler (Shelby) Brown, Kyra Pearce, Caden (Desiree) Pearce, Emma Wade, Campbell Hicks, Landen Wade, and Lauren Pearce; her great-grandchildren, Santana Briley Gamez and Kyson Tru Ford; her soon-to-be great-grandchild, Harper Mae Pearce; her mother-in-law, Jackie Pearce; and her sister-in-law Carol Todd. The visitation will be from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, October 15, and 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday, October 16, at Stith Funeral Home in Junction City, Kentucky. The funeral service will be 11 a.m. at Stith Funeral Home in Junction City, Kentucky. Pallbearers will be Jack Meece, Ali & DJ Criswell, Joey Wade, Georgia Daniels, Brad Coomer and Albert Thompson. Honorary pallbearers will be Tayler (Shelby) Brown, Kyra Pearce, Caden (Desiree) Pearce, Emma Wade, Campbell Hicks, Landen Wade, and Lauren Pearce. Burial will follow in Parksville Cemetery.
