Patricia Ann Harris

Patricia Ann Harris, 70, of Danville, Kentucky, gained her wings on Friday, January 20, 2023, at her home. She was born in Danville to the late William Grant Harris and Alene Napier Swann on December 12, 1952. She attended Danville High School and later earned her GED, of which she was very proud. Ann worked for Matsushita. Ann was a member of First Baptist Church, 2^nd & Walnut. She loved cooking for her family and friends, socializing, and making others laugh.  She loved to dance to good music. Survivors include brothers, Marvin (Becky) Swann Jr. and Larry (JoAnna) Swann; sisters, Carol Woods and Michaelene (Wil) James; nieces, Lanna Hill, Janna Hill, LaShana Harris, Tameka (Luis) Colon, Karin (Ernest) Dunn, Ashlie Woods, Dora Swann, Samantha Swann, Anna Swann; nephews, Stephen Swann, Christopher Swann, Brian Swann, and Noah Woods. She is also survived by a host of great-nieces, great-nephews, and extended family. The funeral service will be at 1pm on Thursday, January 26, 2023, at First Baptist Church – 2^nd and Walnut.  Visitation will be from 11am to 1pm prior to the service.  Rev. Ronald McCowan will officiate.  Pallbearers will be Kevin Napier, Lanny Lockett, Stephen Swann, Luis Colon, Rodney Welch, and Ennis Tillman.  Burial will be at Hilldale Cemetery.
