Maureen Alyse Rader
March 4, 1947 ~ August 6, 2021
Maureen Alyse Pope Rader, 74, died August 3, 2021. Born March 4, 1947 in Palm Beach, Florida she was the daughter of the late James Thomas and Doris Alice Gilbert Pope. Maureen graduated high school in Atlanta and worked as a bookkeeper at Southeastern Automotive. She loved her children and grandchildren. She adored her cats – who she referred to as “her babies”. Maureen took great pride in her appearance and was always well dressed and accessorized. She was a quilter, artist, and extremely crafty, in addition to being incredibly kindhearted – a self-giving individual who prioritized caring for others over herself. Maureen enjoyed gardening and being outside and was very in tune with nature. She is predeceased by her husband, Louis “Dude” Rader and her son, Victor Ribbing.
Maureen is survived by her son, Chris Ribbing of Leachville, Arkansas and her granddaughter Kirsten (Jose) Ribbing.
