Manuel Wayne Conder, 63, died April 1, 2022 surrounded by his family. He was born March 8, 1959 in Danville to the late Earl Manuel and Roberta Conder. Manuel worked at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center for 27 years. He was a member of Alum Springs First Church of God, where he was a past president of the Board of Directors. Manuel loved riding the backroads and socializing. Above all, he loved his family and spending the day with his grandkids. Manuel had a big gentle heart. He is survived by his wife Theresa Ann Conder; his sons, Shawn Manuel Conder, Jared (Katie) Phillips and Joey Burns; his daughter Carleigh Burns, his grandchildren, Duncan Phillips and Kace Phillips; a brother, Stuart (Sandy) Conder; a sister, Earlene “Sissy” (Danny) Hargis and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be 11am, Thursday, April 7, 2022 at Stith Funeral Home in Junction City. Pallbearers will be Shawn Conder, Jared Phillips, Justin Smothers, Michael Conder, Danny Hargis, and Keith Rothwell. Honorary pallbearers will be Stuart Conder, Joey Burns, and the Alum Springs First Church of God Board of Directors. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery, Perryville. Visitation will be 4-8pm, Wednesday, April 6, 2022 at Stith Funeral Home in Junction City. Memorial donations are suggested to Alum Springs First Church of God Building Fund.   5. From all that has been said, Mr. Conder was a good and righteous man. I know he will be surely missed by his loving family as well as our little church in Alum Springs. I pray that God gives Mrs, Conder , her daughter, and her sister the strength needed to get through these hard times. My thoughts and prayers shall be with all of you.

  6. I worked with Manual at EMH for almost 10years. He and Theresa were both so good to me. Both were there for me as I dealt with losing my wife to brest cancer. You will never find a better man than Manual. Prayers for the Conder family as they deal with this heartache.
