Lynn Brown Lowry, 76, of Danville, died Monday, December 5, 2022. She was born March 9, 1946, to the late Roscoe and Helen Brown. Lynn was a loving wife, mother, sister, and grandmother. She especially loved her grandchildren. She loved UK athletics, watching golf and ice skating. Lynn was a people person who never met a stranger. In addition to her parents, Lynn was preceded in death by her sister, Beth Brown. She is survived by her husband, Marvin Lowry; her sons, Jeff (Lisa) Lowry and Scott (Heidi) Lowry; her daughter, Dodi (Mike) Wilson; her grandchildren, Corey (Emily) Wilson, Christian (Kayley) Wilson, Tyler Lowry, Caleb Lowry, and Olivia Lowry; her brother, Ronnie (Brenda) Brown; and her sister, Sandra (Butch) Carey. The visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, December 9, 2022, at Stith Funeral Home in Danville, Kentucky. The funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Friday, December 9, 2022, at Stith Funeral Home in Danville, Kentucky. Pallbearers will be Corey Wilson, Christian Wilson, Caleb Lowry, Josh Thomas, Scott Lowry, and Ronnie Brown. Pastor Mike Wilson will officiate. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery in Perryville, Kentucky. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Heritage Hospice or The American Lung Association.   2. I just learned of Lynn\’s passing and I offer my most sincere condolences to the whole family. Lynn was my cousin and I have many fond memories as a child spending time with the Brown kids and my many other cousins in Danville. May she rest in peace.
