Lois Burns

Lois Marie Sieklieski Burns, 77, died February 16, 2021 in Harrodsburg. She was born August 9, 1943 in Lebanon, Missouri, daughter of the late Edward and Hazel Booker Sieklieski. Lois worked at Walmart in the garden center. She enjoyed setting on her screened-in porch watching the birds and other animals, she loved flower pansies, and going out to eat with her longtime friend Bobby Campbell (native of Harrodsburg, KY).  She lived in a cabin at sunset marina on Herrington lake for several years & loved boating and enjoying good times with her friends.  She is pre-deceased by a half-sister Betty Crotzer. She is survived by two daughters, Dara (Troy Meeks) Adams - Meeks of Hendersonville, Tennessee and Terry Lynn Adams of Harrodsburg, Kentucky; four grandchildren Kirstin Meeks, Stephanie Meeks, Jessica (Jared Pryor) Lucas, and Anthony “Tony” Adams; and four great grandchildren Aubrey, Lilly, Chloe, and Ryker. A funeral service will be 2:30 pm, Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at Stith Funeral Home, Danville. Burial will be at Danville Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be prior to the service from 1:00 to 2:30 pm, Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at Stith Funeral Home, Danville.
