Kristi Kidd Curtsinger died December 1, 2025, at her home. Born February 3, 1974, in Danville, Kentucky, to the late William C. and Joyce Cross Kidd. Kristi was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Joey Curtsinger, and her nephew, Brad Vernon.

Kristi was a devoted mother to her children, Keri Kidd and Christopher Curtsinger. A selfless woman, she always prioritized the needs of her family, pouring her heart into raising her children and nurturing their dreams. A true lover of reading and knowledge, Kristi had an insatiable curiosity that inspired those who knew her. She had a unique ability to connect with others, often sharing her insights and kindness.

Her family describes her as a guiding light, always ready to lend a helping hand or a listening ear.

She is survived by her children; Keri (John Sliney) Kidd, C. J. (Kyana Fowler-Walker) Curtsinger; her sisters Rita (Kelvin) Gorley, Vicki (Mike) Vernon, Kathy (Taylor) Shelton; her nieces and nephews Alex (Cassie) Gorley, Clint (Tiffany) Ratliff, Paige Ratliff, Adrienne (John Paul) Bodner, Kaela (Patrick) Bennett, and Matthew (Samantha) Vernon; and her dog Kody.

A Celebration of Life will be held 4 – 6 p.m., Monday, December 8, 2025, at Stith Funeral Home, Junction City, with a time of sharing for family and friends.
