John Rowland

John Rowland, 69, passed away on February 3, 2024, in Lexington, KY. He was born in Danville on October 8th, 1954 to the late Marvin \”Bobby\” Rowland and Elizabeth Howard Rowland.

John is survived by Daughters Anna Wathen (Jay) of Harrodsburg and Jennifer Rowland (Chris) of Danville; his grandchildren, Nathan Jones, Sara Jones, Marissa Hargis, Grace Wathen, Kennedy Alcorn, Christina Alcorn, his brother Marvin Rowland of Tennessee, and sisters Brenda Rowland of Lancaster, and Vicki Rowland of Harrodsburg.
John is preceded in death by his Mother and his Father, His son John Rowland Jr., and his sister Charlotte Arnold

The service for John Rowland will be held on Friday, February 9th, 2024, at 1:00 at Stith Funeral Home in Junction City. Burial will follow in Parksville Cemetery in Parksville, Kentucky.
Pallbearers will be Jeremy Rowland, Jay Wathen, Danny Peavey, Nathan Jones, Chris Freeman, Robert Rowland and Alec Camden. Honorary Pallbearers are Anna Wathen and Jennifer Rowland.
Visitation will be held Friday, February 9th, 2024 from 11:00-1:00 at Stith Funeral Home in Junction City, prior to the service.
