Jacqueline Dunn Spivey, 83, died April 6, 2019. Born July 25, 1935 in Atoka, she was the daughter of the late Wilburn Dunn and Olive Thomas. Jackie was a bank manager for Citizens National Bank and attended First Christian Church. She was predeceased by siblings David Dunn, Donald Dunn, and Ada Boyd. Jackie is survived by her husband Raymond Spivey, children, Darren Spivey and Linda (Gary) Devine, grandchildren; Hayley Spivey, Tate Spivey, Clay Devine, and John Devine, three great-grandchildren; sisters Evelyn Krueger and Elizabeth Davis and caregiver Carol Cloud. A graveside service will be 2:30 p.m., Thursday at Camp Nelson National Cemetery. Rev.  Joseph Pusateri will officiate. Pallbearers will be Clay Devine, John Devine, Gary Devine, Tyler Devine, Tate Spivey, and Jeff Bryant. Visitation will be 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday at Stith Funeral Home in Danville. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Alzheimer\'s Association or St. Jude Children\'s Hospital. Visitation: 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday at Stith Funeral Home, Danville Graveside Service: 2:30 p.m., Thursday at Camp Nelson National Cemetery
