Jacob Alexander Parker, 25, of Lexington, died Tuesday, April 3, 2018.  He was born in Richmond, Ky. on June 19, 1992.  Jacob is an alumni of the Boyle County High School class of 2010 and attended BCTC.  He was a Chef and enjoyed the creative side of cooking, especially the comradery of those in the kitchen.  He worked hard and also loved restoring classic cars, especially his 1964 Impala. Jacob is survived by his parents, Jan and Mark Cassidy of Danville and Danny Parker of Richmond; his brother, Joshua (Lisa) Parker of Texas; his grandparents, Basil and Beulah Cole of Danville, Patrick and Patricia Cassidy of Danville and Gladys Parker and the late Auldon Parker of Berea; three step-sisters, Niquie Cassidy,  Bailie Cassidy and Marquie Cassidy Ford all of Winchester. The Celebration of his life will be 2 p.m., Saturday at Stith Funeral Home, 506 W. Shelby St, Junction City.  Rev Scott Hatfield will officiate. Burial will follow in Buffalo Springs Cemetery, Stanford.  Visitation will be from 12 to 2 p.m. prior to the service.
