Horace M. Embree

Horace Major (H.M.) Embree passed away on December 11, 2025. He was born in Richmond, Kentucky, on February 26, 1950, to the late Major and Katherine Embree. H.M. graduated from Madison Central High School and studied law enforcement at Eastern Kentucky University. He was fond of skydiving, horseback riding, and enjoying life on his farm.

H.M. is survived by his former wife, Laura Embree, their daughter, Kathryn (Katie) Embree; granddaughters Zoe and Lucy Cleveland; his brother, Don Embree; and other friends and loved ones.
