Lynwood Grant Miller, 48, of Harrodsburg, died Wednesday, May 27, 2020 in Lexington. Born May 18, 1972 in Lexington, he is the son of the late Sharon Collier Carman, Bill Carman, and Robert Lee Miller. He graduated from Lincoln County High School in 1990. He attended Western Kentucky University and graduated from Campbellsville University in 1995. He loved cooking, grilling, trivia, gardening, as well as history, watching college sports, and collecting baseball cards. His favorite hobby was attending rock concerts with his wife. Grant was a member of the Mercer Masonic Lodge #777 F & AM, 39 Club, as well as the Oleika Shrine Temple He was a Mason for 22 years and was Master of the Lodge in 2005. He was a member and past president of Wilderness Shrine Club. He is survived by his wife, Heather S. Cocanougher of Harrodsburg, his son Hunter Miller of Richmond and daughter, Victoria Miller of Harrdosburg and his stepson, Joseph (Evie) Muth Eastham of Berea. The family would welcome friends to stop by their home anytime from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. either Saturday June 6th or Sunday June 7th to remember Grant’s wonderful life. A private graveside service will be Friday June 12, 2020 at Buffalo Springs Cemetery. The family suggests memorial donations be sent to the Shriner’s Childrens Hospital, 110 Conn Terrace, Lexington, Kentucky 40508.   2. We will miss Grant, even though we didnt see him often. He is our great nephew; his maternal grandmother, Myrtle Woods Collier was Joe\’s sister. We are praying for comfort for his immediate family. We love you. Victoria and Hunter, you have a large family of cousins and 2 great aunts and 1 great uncle on your dad\’s side that are in mostly Mercer and Garrard Co. that would love to get to know you better. Sharon used to bring you both to our Christmas dinners. Blessings on you both.

  4. I went to high school with Grant. He was such a smart, funny + great person. He was crazy about his wife and his beautiful+ handsome children. Gone too soon. We\’ll see you on the other side brother, rest easy.
