Evelyn Rice was my neighbor and friend when we both lived on Cecil Street. She was kind, sincere, and a role model for reliance upon God for strength during everyday living. I am so sorry that I just found this obituary–meaning that I failed to express my condolences in time for her family\’s visitation and funeral. What a fine mother and grandmother you have in her!
