Elizabeth Rowland

Elizabeth Howard Rowland, 87, died November 9, 2022, at her residence. She was born May 24, 1935 to the late John and Rowena Howard in Monticello, Kentucky. She worked at American Greetings and attended the Church of God. Elizabeth loved puzzles and word searches. She also enjoyed doing needlepoint and making Christmas ornaments, as well as watching Westerns. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by a daughter, Charlotte Rowland Arnold; a brother, James; two sisters, Helen and Becky; two grandchildren, James Rowland and John Rowland Jr.; and a daughter-in-law, Vanessa Rowland. She is survived by her daughters, Vicki Rowland and Brenda Rowland; her sons, Marvin Rowland and John Rowland; thirteen grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren. The visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. on Monday, November 14, 2022 at Stith Funeral Home in Junction City. The funeral service will be at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, November 15, 2022 at Stith Funeral Home in Junction City. Rev Brent Rowe will officiate the service. Burial will follow at Parksville Cemetery.
