Elizabeth "Beth" Cunningham

May 26, 1943 ~ August 3, 2025
Beth Cunningham, 82, passed away peacefully on August 3rd, 2025, at her home with her daughter, Blair, and granddaughter, Olivia. She battled pancreatic cancer with strength and grace until the very end. Beth fiercely loved her family and is preceded in death by her husband, Briggs; her brothers, Billy and Bruce; and her sister, Fern.
Born on May 26, 1943, in Batavia, New York, to the late Robert and Marjorie Acomb. Beth was an avid horsewoman from a young age, growing up on a farm before moving to work in the offices of the state police. She met her husband, Briggs Cunningham (1932-2021), while showing him horses, and they married in 1966. Together, they ran Revere Knoll Horse Farms, later changed to Cliffside Farms, as they shifted from horses to Angus, for 50 years, building on dedication and a deep care for their work. Beth was known for her quiet generosity, anonymously donating to numerous local causes, and always prioritizing the needs of others over her own. Her warmth, strength, and unwavering support shaped the lives of all who knew her.
She is survived by her three children, Brian Cunningham, Bobby (Janey) Cunningham, and Blair (Adam) Newsome; her stepdaughter, Paige Cunningham; and her seven grandchildren, Lucie, Windsor, Riley, Mace, Olivia, Warren, and Exton. She is also survived by her brother, Robert, and sisters, Bonnie, Heather, and Crystal.

Charities
The family greatly appreciates donations made to these charities in Elizabeth "Beth" Cunningham 's name.
My first memory of this amazing woman was of her pulling up in her big monster of a truck, from which she proceeded to jump down with a genuine beautiful smile and her white hair… she made an impression on me! … strong, honest, hard-working, down to earth, tough but thoughtful and full of heart! Beth was easy to respect and love. I’ll miss her so… rest in peace, my sweet friend. Until we meet again💞
Love you lots
Such a sweet lady with a wonderful laugh! Great to be around. My prayers and thoughts of condolences go to the kids.
