E. Loraine Montgomery King, 75, died Tuesday, February 26, 2019.  She was born in Parksville on July 18, 1943 to the late William “Bill” and Katherine Johnson Montgomery.  Loraine was a homemaker and a member of the Baptist faith.  She loved cooking and sewing.  Loraine was a good woman and loved everyone.  In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by a daughter, Teresa Kay King Riggs; two sisters, Pam Hubbard, Geraldine Holly; two brothers, Mike and Billy Montgomery; a son-in-law, Randall Riggs. She is survived by her husband, of 58 years, Raymond King of Danville; a brother, Tim (Kathy) Montgomery of Parksville; two sisters, Lisa (Junior) Fields of Danville, Linda (Elmer) Wells of West Chester, Ohio; a granddaughter, Andrea K. Riggs; a niece, Becky (David) Spanyer of Danville; two great nephews, Corey Goode, Jeremy Goode both of Junction City and several other nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be at 1 p.m., Friday, March 1, 2019 at Stith Funeral Home in Junction City.  Jr. Fields will officiate.  Pallbearers will be Corey Goode, James Hubbard, Jeremy Goode, David Spanyer, Sherill Walls and Chris Walls.  Honorary pallbearers will be Doug Willoughby, Chris Montgomery and Dr. Shahzad.  Burial will be in Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery in Springfield.  Visitation will be 11 a.m. – 1 p.m., Friday, prior to the service at Stith Funeral Home in Junction City.
