Doris Case

Doris Pendygraft Case, 77, of Danville, died Wednesday, March 7, 2018.  Born April 8, 1940 in Boyle County, she was the daughter of the late Ollie and Dena Harris pendygraft.  Doris was a homemaker.  She was predeceased by a daughter, Loretta Case and a grandson, Lucas Caldwell. Doris is survived by a son, Howard “Gomer” (Melissa Carey) Case of Junction City, two daughters, Patricia (James) Welch of Junction City and Sandy Watts of Harrodsburg; two sisters, Millie West of Junction City and Arlene Milburn of Liberty and two brothers, Jerry “Bucky” (Peggy) Pendygraft of Parksville and Nicky Pendygraft of Mitchellsburg, five grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and one great-great grandson. There will be a graveside service at 3:30 p.m., Thursday, March 15, 2018 in the shelter of Parksville Cemetery.  Rev. Jamie Conn will officiate. Burial will follow in Parksville Cemetery.   Pallbearers will be her nephews Frankie West, Scott West, Jimmy Mason and Daniel Swinney.  Friends and family will gather at 3 p.m.  at the shelter.  Expressions of sympathy may be sent to the family in care of Stith Funeral Home or at www.stithcares.com.
