Daniel Lee Richardson, 41, went home to be with the Lord & Savior on November 27, 2021, in Danville, Kentucky. Born June 5, 1980, in Danville, he was the son Gary and Patricia Carman Richardson. Daniel graduated Boyle County High School in 1998, where he was a longtime Rebel football player from grade school through high school. He worked at Good Neighbor Pharmacy, which holds a special place in the life of his family. Daniel was a longtime Youth League coach for Junction City football, baseball, and basketball. He was a member of Forks of Dix River Baptist Church. Daniel is predeceased by a sister, Jillian Starr Richardson; grandparents Eugene and Nola Carman, Carl and Ruby Richardson. He is survived by two sisters, Sarah (Ed) Runyon and Lara (Lee) Naylor; many nieces and nephews, Kaitlynn Ragan, Joshua Ragan, Haley Ragan, Matthew Runyon, Samuel Runyon, Hunter Naylor, Jacob Naylor, Samantha Naylor; and great nephew Eli Clarkson. Visitation will be held from 5pm – 8pm, Thursday, December 2, 2021, at Stith Funeral Home, Junction City. Funeral service will be 11 am, Friday, December 3, 2021, at Stith Funeral Home, Junction City. Rev. Jerry Browning will officiate. Burial will be in Danville Memorial Gardens. Active pallbearers will be Joshua Ragan, Matthew Runyon, Samuel Runyon, Hunter Naylor, Jacob Naylor, and Gary Nyman. Honorary pallbearers will be Pete Jefferies, Kenny Hooper, Johnny Carman, Jerry Farmer, Manual Reardon, Tucker Nyman, and Raymond Float.   3. I have many good memories of Daniel. I watched him give all out effort when he played BC football, He was very kind and loving to others he was a great young man. When Daniel arrived in heaven I can imagine Jesus saying \”welcome my good and faithful servant\” I am praying for family and all that loved Daniel, he will be missed.
