A kind & gentle man!
I remember Cecile as one of the \”great people\” of Danville. I first knew him after I got out of the Army in 1969. I had a minor fender bender on my car and someone told me to \”Go see Cecil.\”. I did, and the rest is some of the best history and memories that I have of a wonderful man. I will miss you Cecil and my Blessings to your family. May God comfort all who are in sorrow at this time. andy bryant
