Billy Joseph Brown

Billy Joseph Brown, 89, died Tuesday, March 6, 2018.  He was born September 20, 1928 in Marian County, Kentucky to the late Charles Owen and Edna May Moore Brown.  Billy served in the United States Army from 1946-1949.  He was a retired Security Guard from KU.  Billy attended 4^th Street Church of God.  In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by a brother, Charles L. Brown and a sister, Aileen Brown. He is survived by one sister, Betty Brown McKain; special friends, Frances Cox, Judy Perkins and several nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be 2pm, Monday, March 19, 2018 at Stith Funeral Home in Danville.  Rev. Lonnie Goodin will officiate.  Interment will be in Junction City Cemetery.  Visitation will be 12-2pm, Monday prior to the service at the funeral home.  Memorial donations are suggested to 4^th Street Church of God.
