Andrew ‘Andy’ Thomas Harris, 62, died Monday, August 31, 2020. He was born in Boyle County on March 28, 1958 to the late William Arthur and Ethel Byrd Harris. Andy was employed by KC Auto Parts where he worked in the Stocking and Delivery Department. He attended Immanuel Baptist Church. Andy was an avid UK fan and never missed watching a game. In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by three brothers, James Lee Harris, Bobbie Ray Harris, Lloyd Samuel Harris: four sisters, Stella Christine Terrell, Dola Davis, Betty H. Lopez and Rose Onna Harris. He is survived by his daughter, Lindsey Kyra Nicole Harris of Harrodsburg; a brother, William Arthur (Barbara) Harris, Jr. of Indiana; a sister, Shelia Harris of Danville; two grandchildren, Brayden Scott McGuffey, Davisen Wayne Steele and several nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be 1pm, Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at Stith Funeral Home in Danville. Rev. JR Fields will officiate. Pallbearers will be Eric Che’ Lopez, James Lee Harris Jr., Jonathan Ray Harris, Rodney Harris, Abey Norman and Gary Cox. Honorary pallbearers will be Rodney Jackson, Rebel Lee Sears and Larry Shear. Burial will be in Ephesus Cemetery. Visitation will be 5pm – 7pm, Tuesday, September 8, 2020 at Stith Funeral Home in Danville.
