Pauline was our first and dearest friend when we moved to Danville. She was like a mother to me and a grandmother to our children. I cherish the time I spent with her and the love she showed me. A very special woman, loving, realistic, and supportive. I am grateful for my memories of Pauline and the time we spent together.
Pauline was not only a classy lady, lovely to look at, but a genuine friend. There was never a hair out of place, a scuff mark on those remarkable high heels or a speck of anything on the WHITE gloves. And she was a good garden clubber to boot. It was always a pleasure to be in her company.
Love to the family.
I’m so sorry to be unable to attend her service because I loved her so dearly. ♥️

Pauline always amazed me with her beautiful smile that could light up the room. When my mother, Page Dunlap met her at McDowell Place in Danville ,they shared precious time together at meals and activities. They shared a special late-in-life bond and always helped each other. She will be missed by all.
