Houston Blake Finley was stillborn on Friday, June 28, 2019 at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center.  He is the son of Megan Luann Kettles and Dustin Alan Finley.  He is also survived by two sisters, Miley Finley of Junction City and Kennedie Mink of Harrodsburg, his grandparents, Kristie and Alan Finley of Forkland and Jeff Kettles of Harrodsburg, and his great grandparents, Denzil Ruson and Betty Finley and Ann and Charlie Gilpin.  He was predeceased by his grandmother, Deidra Lynn Kettles; his great-grandparents, Mazie and Ray Kettles, Cornell and Linda Powell and Buddy Merrick; his uncle and aunts, Colby and Heather Warren and Nicholas Carter and several cousins. A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at the shelter at Springhill Cemetery, Harrodsburg.
