Teresa Ann Price, 44, died Saturday, December 30, 2017. She was born in Lexington, Kentucky on July 28, 1973 to Sandra Gayle Ockerman Flynn.

She is survived by her huband, Ricky Adams; her parents, Sandra Gayle (Mike) Flynn; five children, Tim (Crystal) Flynn of Lexington, KY, Brittine (Daniel) Sanders of Lexington, KY, William Adams of Lancaster, KY, Brandi ( Robert) Sanders Carter of Lancaster, KY and Lewis (Taylor) Price of Lancaster, KY; a sister, Christine Sandifer of Lancaster, KY; nine grandchildren.

The memorial service will be at 1pm, Monday, January 8, 2018 at Stith Funeral Home, Danville, Kentucky. Rev. Mike Miller will officiate. Visitation will be 11am-1pm, Monday prior to service at the funeral home. Receiving family and friends between 4pm-6pm, after the services at Sandra & Mike’s house at 1233 Embry Avenue, Lexington, KY.
