Ronald Lee Davis, 73, died July 6, 2021, in Lexington. Born July 26, 1947 in Fayette County, he was the son of the late James Orville and Willie Macie Davis. Ron was a 1967 graduate of Bryan Station High School. He served in the United States Marine Corp. Ron was the pastor at Seventh Street Baptist Church for 15 years. He enjoyed reading his bible, fishing, watching sports, and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife Charlotte “Susie” Davis; two sons Tim (Kim) Davis of Georgetown, and Jamie Davis of Lexington; two daughters Stephanie (Chad) Boyd of Danville, and Glenda (Michael) Huffman of Harrodsburg; thirteen grandchildren, Dustin, Marissa, Sommer, Ethan, Raven, Isabell, Nathan, Destiny, Cali, Campbell, Carter, Mason and Brantley; two great grandchildren Aubrey and Lydia; a sister, Darlene Davis; and four brothers Walter (Sharon) Gill ,Jimmy Davis, Jerry Davis and Glenn Davis of Fayette County.
