Paulette Kidd Jones, 70, died Wednesday January 1, 2020. She was born in McCreary County, Kentucky on January 24, 1949 to the late Cecil Loyd Kidd and Doris Lee Sellers. She is a retired receptionist at Hitachi and was a member of Rock Springs Baptist Church in McCreary County. Paulette was an avid genecology researcher and a people person. She loved a country drive and classic cars. She is predeceased by two brothers Randall and Jimmy Kidd.

Paulette is survived by her husband of 54 years, Ledford Ray Jones; a son, Brian Ray Jones of Junction City; a daughter, Karen Annette Jones Mitchell of Junction City; two grandchildren, Harley and Maggie Mitchell; two brothers, Ronald F. (Connie) Kidd and Gary Lee (Christa) Kidd; a sister-in-law, Linda Kidd; three nieces, Misty Kidd, Crystal Kidd Ledbetter, Donna Kidd; and her best friends, Thelma Price and Sylvia Hayslett.

The funeral service will be 1 pm, Wednesday, January 8, 2020 at Stith Funeral Home in Junction City. Rev. Ronnie Lee will officiate the service. Burial will be in Junction City Cemetery. Visitation will be 4 pm – 8 pm, Tuesday, January 7, 2020 at Stith Funeral Home in Junction City.
