Memorial Service will be 3 p.m., Sunday, December 5, 2021 at Stith Funeral Home, Junction City. Rev. JR Fields and Greg Warren will officiate. Visitation will be from 1 to 3 p.m., prior to the service.

Michael Stuart Belcher, 71, died Sunday, November 14, 2021. Born in Danville on August 3, 1950, he is the son of the late Councel and Ruth Ellen Frances Burton Belcher. Mike graduated from Boyle County High School and earned several degrees from EKU and Lindsey Wilson colleges. He was a Maintenance Supervisor at Whirlpool, Matsushita, Panasonic, Polyair Corp and retired from TG of Ky. Mike was an Environmental Safety Specialist and was an OSHA regulatory specialist. He enjoyed woodworking, gardening, playing solitaire on the computer, watching Westerns and YouTube TV but most of all spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents, three brothers, Dexter and his wife, Peggy, Gary and Donnie Belcher and a grandson, Levi McMullin.

He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Mary Belle Smith Belcher, his daughter, Amy (Patrick) McMullin and son, Brad Belcher, a sister, Phyllis (Darrell) Taylor and his grandchildren, Amanda (Taylor) Young and Seth McMullin.

The Memorial Service will be 3 p.m., Sunday, December 5, 2021 at Stith Funeral Home, Junction City. Rev. JR Fields and Greg Warren will officiate. Visitation will be from 1 to 3 p.m., prior to the service.
