Lawrence Ervin Hogue, a loving father, dedicated farmer, and esteemed member of the community, passed away on December 19, 2023, at the age of 98. He was born on July 29, 1925, in Boyle County, Kentucky, to his parents James Harrison and Mary Katherine Hogue who instilled in him values that would shape his remarkable character.

As a dedicated husband and father, Lawrence found joy in the simple moments, cherishing time spent with his son, James, and daughter-in-law, Ginny. He is also survived by his grandson Dault (Sydney) Hogue, great grandsons Micah Reed Hogue and one on the way, and many nieces and nephews.
