Larry William Long, 70, died Friday, December 8, 2017. He was born in Danville, Kentucky on July 7, 1947 to the late James William and Mattie Mae Young Long. James was a retired farmer. He enjoyed working in the yard, and he was an avid UK basketball fan. In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by a sister, Susan Smith and his beloved dog, Angel.

He is survived by a sister, Jean Casey of Danville.
