Dennis Daniel Mayfield, 63, concluded this earthly life on Wednesday, May 31, 2023, in Monticello, Kentucky. Dennis was born on April 1, 1960, in Danville, Kentucky to the late Carey T. and Elizabeth Marshall Mayfield.

He grew up in Danville and attended Boyle County High School. Dennis gave his life to Christ at an early age and served as a church treasurer. While in high school, Dennis was a member of the Boyle County High School marching band. He then attended Kentucky College of Business where he earned his associate degree. He later graduated from business college and began working for the City of Danville in the filtration department for 17 years.

Dennis enjoyed playing cards and spending time with family and loved ones.

Dennis is predeceased by his parents; brothers, Cary Mayfield, Charles Edward Mayfield; and sisters, Veronica E. Mayfield, and Judy L. Gray.

Surviving Dennis are sisters, Yvonne Graves, Patricia (Henry) Ewing; brother, Ronnie Mayfield and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
