Betty Ann Robertson Sinkhorn, 84, of Danville, died Sunday, July 9, 2023, at her residence. Betty was born March 10, 1939. She was the daughter of the late Matilda Jane and Harold Kelly Epperson. Betty was a 1958 graduate of Danville High School. She loved UK basketball “her boys” and shopping as well as all of her husband’s woodworking. She adored her family and spending time with her great-granddaughter, Alyse. Betty was a devoted member of Hedgeville Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her husband, Donald H. Sinkhorn and her brother-in-law, Bernard Lister.

Betty is survived by her daughter, Kelly Ann Douglas; granddaughter, Lorah Douglas; and great-granddaughter, Alyse. She is also survived by her sister, Thelma Jean Lister and many nieces and nephews.

Betty’s funeral will be at 1 p.m., Friday, July 14, 2023, at Stith Funeral Home, Danville with Rev. Jonathan Grizzell and Travis Farris officiating. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. prior to the service. The burial will be in Bellevue Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers will be James Walker, Christian Walker, Henry Walker, Michael “Red” Sinkhorn, Jackie Campbell and Travis Campbell. Honorary pallbearers will be Jimmy Lair, Eddie Campbell and Dr. Brian Ellis.

The family requests that donations be made to Heritage Hospice or the American Diabetes Association.
