Ellie was one of the most welcoming people I’ve ever met. Since I was 6 she welcomed me into the fold of her life. She gave amazing hugs and always made sure I was fed and loved. She was like a second mom for me when I would spend nights with Liz and our friends. She drove Liz and I all the way to Florida by herself for spring break! Such a kind and tender soul. Sending all my love and hugs.

I will miss everything about you Aunt Ellie! You and Uncle Richie were ALWAYS there for me! By far the sweetest couple, the best souls, the biggest hearts! I miss you all terribly! God gained the most awesome angels!

Ellie was one of the sweetest people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. She was kind, funny, smart and gave the best hugs! Every time she spoke to me, even just a month ago when she called the office by accident, she ended the conversation by telling me that she loved me. I am a better person for knowing her and I will miss her so very much. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family and loved ones.
