We are saddened to hear of Amelia's passing. She was such a personal and distinguished personality. Until the pandemic we used meet and share a glass of wine and good conversation with her and John B. We will miss her as we have also missed John B. Our prayers go out to each family member.

My relationship with her as a “cousin-in-law” will be treasured always, as well as her wonderful hospitality when I could visit, both while in college and when I was in town for visits and/or class reunions.

David & I are so sorry to lose ms Nichols. David enjoyed their long friendship; discussing birds, rocks & the outdoors. He will miss his visits with this fine, kind and gracious lady.

Amelia was a true friend in every way. We shared a lot of good times, good conversations, supported each other in important ways, and had many laughs. She brought delight in many thoughtful ways. She was a treasure to me.
