I am so saddened to hear about Oliver's passing. He was one of our favorite students at EKU-Danville because of his friendly, helpful attitude and his sincere efforts to learn as much as he could while pursuing his degree. He often helped out other students even as he maintained his regular job. Wishing comfort and strength to his loving family and friends.

As our friend Bill W. put it so well regarding his personal spiritual awakening ". . . I was part of a universe that was ruled by justice and love in the person of God." Oliver approached everyone with this same spirit - he was truly an individual that sought to reach out to those in need and to be of assistance. We know that Oliver is happy, joyous and free, but he is sorely, sorely missed.

Ollie led a life of good and faithful service. He impacted everyone he met. I will forever have his guidance, both true and riddled with humor, ringing in my head. I am positive of one thing only, he has been welcomed with loving arms into the hereafter with the words, "Well done, good and faithful servant!"
