Linda Sue Lewis Emmons Honeycutt, 68, died Monday, July 6, 2020.  Linda was born in Winchester to the late Roy and Velma Lewis on November 13, 1951.  Linda loved spending time with her grandkids, spoiling her dogs and taking road trips to favorite places like Renfro Valley. She was predeceased by her first husband, Ronald Emmons, and two brothers Tommy and Jim Lewis.

She is survived by her husband, Jim Honeycutt; two sons, Ronnie (Mandy) Emmons and Randall Emmons; two stepsons, Christopher (Jennille) Honeycutt of Somerset and Shane Honeycutt of Somerset; one stepdaughter, Cresta (David) Berry of Somerset; six grandchildren, RJ, Sarah, Sophie, Brody, Kaden and Karson; three step-grandchildren, Caleb, Gracie and Amber; one sister, Pat Enix of Chattanooga, TN, and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held at 1 pm, Thursday, July 9, 2020 at Stith Funeral Home in Danville. Rev. Tom Lane will officiate the service. Burial will be in Bellevue Cemetery. The pallbearers will be Ronnie Emmons, Randy Emmons, Kaden Emmons, Karson Emmons, RJ Emmons, and Nick Lyons. Honorary pallbearers will be Sarah Emmons, Sophie Emmons, Brody Emmons, April Burgess, Teresa Campbell, Allison McGuffey, Pam Carpenter, and Geneva Abbott. Visitation will be prior to the service from 11 pm – 1 pm at Stith Funeral Home in Danville. Memorial donations are suggested to the American Cancer Society.
