Frank was a good friend and coworker ,we had a lot of good laughs over the years. It was sad to see him retire but it breaks my heart to hear he’s gone . I am at ease knowing he’s in heaven watching over his family and fellow officers that looked up him . Now we just look a little higher to him and listen a little mores closely. Thanks to his family for sharing him with us . Cpl. D.Smith

I lost track of Frank many years ago. Wanted to take this time to say I’m very sorry for your loss. Frank and I graduated from the Danville School of Practical Nursing many years ago and also worked with him at Ephraim McDowell hospital. I was going through a very challenging time in my life at that time and I thank my God for people with wit and humor like Frank. His words and actions helped me through that time more than I can ever tell you. I will cherish the memories made by Frank. He used to dress up a skeleton we used for Anatomy and Physiology and hide her somewhere in the lab and this was only one of his countless practical jokes that helped all of us through nursing school and made it a joyful time for us all. May God richly bless you and comfort you during this difficult time.
